The bankrupt Montenegro Airlines (MA) has sued ToMontenegro because, by unauthorized presentation and marketing of a logo that is identical or similar to the famous eagle, it violated the company’s registered trademark, Pobjeda has learnt.
The lawsuit seeks damages that are not specified, but are equal to the benefits that ToMontenegro intends to achieve by placing the logo as a sign on its goods and services. It is also requested that ToMontenegro stop using the logo immediately and without delay, and under the threat of a fine, it is prohibited from using it in the future.
