A couple, two women, have tied the knot in the first same-sex marriage to take place in Podgorica, the Capital City stated today.
As they say, the registrars of the Secretariat for Local Self-Government presented the rights and obligations of the couple in line with provisions of the Law on Same-Sex Partnership, after which followed the first same-sex wedding in Montenegro.
