This is stated in the bill of indictment based on which the Basic Court in Podgorica will on March 29 launch a trial against the Russian citizens, for the criminal offense of “violation of management right”.
The bill of indictment signed by the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica, Ivan Medojevic, says Mr. Golikov as administrative and Mr. Peskov as financial director at Beppler and Jackobson abused their position on March 30, 2010 in Podgorica to consciously violate the statute of the company and prevent Bećirović from participating in the company’s operations.
They are suspected of concluding a contract the Montenegrin Commercial Bank (CKB), on behalf of the company but without Becirovic’s written consent or knowledge.
“They concluded a contract on the overdraft loan and a mortgage contract at the notary, for which Bianca was collateral. The hotel is owned by Beppler and Jackobson.
In this procedure, Mikhail Peskov will be tried in absentia because he is banned from entering the country until June 21, because he worked without a work permit. The company was also led by Golikov, while Becirovic was CEO. His conflict with the Russians dates from a few years back, when he started a property dispute in London about his stake in the company.
