Construction works on foundations of the Regent Pool Club Residences

With about 80 workers currently being engaged on the construction site and 50 concrete mixers, about 485m3 of concrete was used for this phase. By the works on this hotel-residential facility, Adriatic Marinas company has entered a new phase of construction of the nautical village in Tivat.

The facility called the Regent Pool Club Residences is being built on the north side of the luxury Regent hotel, at a construction area of about 13,000 square meters, and is conceived as a sort of addition of that hotel. This means that buyers of apartments in the new building will participate in the so-called hotel rental pool of the Regent hotel and those apartments may also be rented via Regent Porto Montenegro hotel’s service. There will be 94 apartments in the new building, which will be equipped as hotel units, as well as numerous business premises for the development of small enterprises, mainly Montenegro-based ones.

Architects of Porto Montenegro, in cooperation with internationally renowned architectural company WATG and local designers, conceived the new building as “contemporary chic apartments, each with a landscaped terrace, are inspired by the Italian Riviera”, in accordance with the Montenegrin seaside architecture.

A key feature of the new facility will be residents-only courtyard with palm trees and other plants, a coffee bar and three swimming pools. One of the pools (a 25m long open pool) will be heated, which will allow it to be used throughout the year. The building will have a private walkway to Regent Porto Montenegro hotel and facilities.

The total value of the investment is about €35m and the facility is expected to be completed by summer 2017.
