Miljanic: There were no armed people in Cetinje Monastery

State Secretary at the Ministry of the Interior Zoran Miljanic has said that apart from securing the protected person in the Cetinje Monastery on 5 September, there were no armed people, not a single person who could have ties with any foreign state. He said during the RTCG morning show that a procedure has been initiated which will determine whether there was excessive use of chemical agents and prohibited rubber bullets in Cetinje that day.

Speaking about the use of chemicals and rubber bullets, he said that the actions of the police would be investigated.
