According to CdM sources, Montenegro’s power supplier EPCG plans to announce a competition for dozens, maybe even hundreds of jobs next week.
This information comes as the icing on the cake of party and family employment, by which this state-owned company has become recognized since the arrival of the new leadership.
It is speculated that the competition will be announced in order to, among other things, employ all those freelancers who got a job in EPCG under temporary service contracts but also for the mass employment of new staff.
According to CdM, the EPCG management has introduced a new practice – even employees who have previously completed their employment, left this company and received severance pay are hired under temporary service contracts.
CDM sources also claim that some former-new employees in EPCG are also engaged as a kind of personnel service for “recruitment of new personnel”.
EPCG has not answered CdM’s questions.
