The Government of PM Zdravko Krivokapic has decided today to initiate a procedure to shorten the mandate of the Parliament of Montenegro. It has decided to take that step after 31 MPs signed an initiative yesterday, asking for a vote of no confidence in the Government. The government of Krivokpic is trying to save itself from falling in this way, so some unofficial Serbian channels on Twitter claim that the procedure for the vote of no confidence has not started, which sounds absurd.
Namely, Article 92 of the Constitution of Montenegro specifies when it is possible to dissolve Parliament.
