The foundations of the temple at Lukavica, near Captain’s lake, the construction of which was announced by Metropolitan of the Serbian Orthodox Church Joanikije, are located on state land and have been built illegally.
The urban and construction inspection of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism of Montenegro has carried out an inspection at that location, the Ministry has told Pobjeda. It’s added that the inspector “has undertaken further administrative measures and actions in accordance with his legal powers”.
The application for construction of the facility was not submitted to the Ministry, nor was the documentation accompanying the application for its construction prescribed by Article 91 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction.
The Regional Unit of the Cadaster and State Property Administration, Kolasin has confirmed that there are 11 illegally built buildings on that plot.
