Good morning! Another Abazovic’s performance with a briefcase. Djukanovic announced coalition in Podgorica. A priest with a criminal record attacked a cameraman of Gradska TV. The previous ruling majority meets today, again.
Briefcase with secrets
I have to admit that Abazovic was excellently prepared yesterday. Someone’s working with him. He had several outbursts but generally, everything went well. He was wearing a black briefcase to show he’s serious, and attacked Ranko Konjevic, as the most repulsive leader of the sovereign bloc. It was all thoroughly planned.
Allegedly, he put in it documentation which was supposed to discover the scheme of tobacco and narcotics smuggling, the media and politics. What kind of fools are European officials and deputies, or American lawyers and congressmen and senators, who bring truckloads of documentation, evidence, expertise for such serious matters and hearings. They should hire Dritan to summarize it all for them in a few pages so that it can fit in a briefcase, which Vijesti TV will zoom for the most dramatic impression. This outsmarted even Vucic. The student threatens to outsmart the teacher.
However, despite the fact that nothing similar can help Abazovic to be taken seriously by serious people, this kind of performance is convincing for some people. The people, who will not vote for Abazovic, but for Milan Knezevic and Andrija Mandic, for example. Dritan cannot get over 4.5%.
We don’t have to read how frivolous Abazovic is in Rasko Konjevic’s response “extremist and protector of the mafia.” Here are the reviews from both the neutral and his own bloc:
Daliborka Uljarevic, who had been praised by URA until recently due to her criticism of the former government, now criticizes Dritan and his lack of seriousness.
Here are his allies of 30 August 2020:
The ‘Europe Now’ movement now tells that his fight against organized crime and corruption is fake.
The Democrats also point out to Dritan’s “chronic frivolity”
Big coalition
The opposition coalition in the local elections in Podgorica is likely to run in the elections jointly. We’re one step away from that goal and I’d consider it a great success, said the President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, in a TV show ‘Aritmija’ directed by Tamara Nikcevic and aired on Gradska TV.
Attacks on Gradska TV again
The PM attacked the media again, primarily the media whose work he doesn’t like, and told we’re defenders of the Kavaci crime gang.
It encouraged and generally encourages violence towards them. For example, the SPC monk who attacked a cameraman of Gradska TV, because, as PM says, it’s how fascists should be treated.
New government or elections
The former ruling majority meets again today on the initiative of the potential prime minister-designate, Andrija Mandic, if they manage to reach the agreement. Yesterday, Dritan said we should contact embassies if we want the DF to take part in the government, which allegedly should see with Milo Djukanovic why he’s still in politics, and that, for that reason, it’s a matter which should be discussed with embassies. And that’s our prime minister – a man who’s telling this.
Djukanovic claims that we don’t need another experiment and that new elections should be organized. Uljarevic more or less agrees, calling the return to 30 August a “political schizophrenia”. New elections are a solution but how to get them. With which interim cabinet?
That’s all for today. Until tomorrow.
Kind regards,
Ljubomir Filipovic, CdM observer
