Proposal of the outgoing Prime Minister, Dritan Abazovic, that the future President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, should repeal and “amend” the decision of the current President Milo Djukanovic concerning the dissolution of Parliament and new parliamentary elections is an incredible nonsense which should only entertain people, considers the Dean of the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies, Djordjije Blazic.
He commented on Mr Abazovic’s statement, noting that during his professional career as a lawyer he could hear “so much nonsense from various politicians, lawyers and officials who graduated from some evening schools”, but this one came from the outgoing prime minister.
“And he’s telling it in front of cameras, publicly, without mentioning any legal argument, that is, a constitutional or legal provision which would suggest that a new president has such an authorization,” Mr Blazic posted on his Facebook account.
