Acting leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Zivkovic has said that Montenegro is in chaos, dominated by lawless institutions, and that the security system is being compromised. He adds that the party will file a criminal complaint against the Caretaker PM Dritan Abazovic, who yesterday, together with ministers, the top police, photographers and security personnel, without the approval of the prosecutor or the Supreme Court, visited the apartment and the tunnel that was dug to the High Court building in Podgorica.
Zivkovic has said that this case also showed that no institution in Montenegro is safe, because someone dug a tunnel for two months without any problems where all the protected institutions are located – the president’s building, the courts, the prosecutor’s office, the government building…
Speaking about the negotiations on the formation of the Government, Zivkovic says he has no hope that it will be formed soon.
He also says that internal party elections are possible by the end of the year.
