Judge Radenko Boskovic has suspended a criminal case against Bojan Batricevic, the historian of the Faculty of the Montenegrin Language and Literature in Cetinje. The case was opened up due to a column published on Antena M.

Photo: Antena MThe decision was made after prosecutor Snezana Sisevic had said that, based on a binding instruction of the head of the Podgorica High Prosecutor’s Office, Lepa Medenica, they gave up on legal proceedings.
In a final statement, lawyer Nikola Martinovic said these legal proceedings best presented the situation across institutions in our country.
The trial continued at 8:30 a.m.
Meanwhile, a gathering was organized in support of Batricevic in front of the court’s building.
Yesterday, the High Prosecutor’s Office stated they had given up on legal proceedings against Batricevic.
