The Government of Montenegro has determined five development corridors: Bar-Boljare highway; Adriatic-Ionian highway; fast road along the Montenegrin coast; high-speed road Bijelo Polje-Pljevlja-border with Bosnia and Herzegovina; and the fast road Podgorica-Niksic-Zabljak-Pljevlja.
“These five corridors were developed through 18 sections of highways and high-speed roads, which represent separate construction and functional units”, it is emphasized.
By creating technical documentation, the prerequisites for construction are acquired, which further depends on the pace of construction in the region and the provision of financing.
