According to the documentation of the labour inspector in charge of labour relations and employment, which portal RTCG had access to, it was stated that Boris Raonic was given a new term with the third appointment, and that the second appointment did not start a new term lasting four years, but rather a continuation of the term from 2021.
The supervision began on 20 September and ended on 23 October 2024, when the minutes were drawn up, duly signed, and to which there were no objections.
After the complaints of a part of the candidates on the process of selection of the RTCG head, the labour inspectorate carried out supervision regarding the legality of Raonic’s appointment and his work experience.
On 31 August 2024, Raonic was re-elected to the post by the majority of the RTCG Council members. He was elected to that post for the first time in August 2021.
