Who was dismissed from four railway companies?

Government’s decision dismissed 14 members of boards of directors from four railway companies. Companies were founded through segmentation of once uniform railway company, and they are facing many issues, losses, tax and personal income debts, Dan daily writes. The only company that does not have tax debt is Montekargo.

Resad Nuhodzic, Stanislava Martinovic, Cazima Hodzic and Veselin Kovac were replaced by Iljaz Zejnilovic, Dzevad Music and Radmila Milovic in this company. Slavenko Jovanovic is the only one who kept his position. Montekargo had 12,8 thousand EUR of revenue last year, and no tax debt.

Railway infrastructure company kept only Ljubomir Sosic in the board of directors. Former president Zarko Sturanovic resigned, and Spaso Popovic, Biljana Sofranac and Predrag Lutovac had their term end.

ZICG workers claim that Sturanovic resigned after he had signed the Rulebook on resolving residential issues of employees that had seven directors gain 330 thousand EUR instead of apartments.

This company owes 1.4 million EUR to workers, for transport that has not been paid from 2008 to 2013. They had losses of 3.5 million EUR last year, which is less than in 2014. Milan Colakovic is the director of ZICG.

Railway transport company also had changes in the board of directors. Valjon Mehmedovic is the only one who kept his position, while Dusan Radonjic, Faruk Agovic, Srecko Medenica and Drazenka Simovic were replaced Eldin Mucevic, Milan Popadic and Nevenka Garovic. This company owes around 3 million EUR of tax. The audit established they had paid their taxes in 2013. They had loss of 1.6 million EUR in 2015.

These two companies were granted 29 million EUR of state guarantees in 2010 and 2011. Railway infrastructure was granted 20 million EUR of Government guarantees two weeks ago, for the reconstruction of railway.

OZVS company had the least changes. Momcilo Micunovic, Milosav Andjelic, Mirsad Dzucevic remained in their position. The new member of the board is Miodrag Vlahovic, and Cok Dedvukaj and Marko Bertanjoli were replaced. This company owes 1.6 million EUR. The audit established that this company had a loss of 643,5 thousand EUR in 2015, a bit less than in 2014 (756,7 thousand EUR). They ended the last year with a deficit of half a million EUR.
