On the basis of operational data, police officers arrested Podgorica resident Z.K. (56) over the reasonable suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosives.
The police searched the apartment used by Z.K. upon the order of basic prosecutor.
On that occasion, they found and seized a .357 Magnum revolver, six pieces of .357 ammunition, a Walther pistol 6.35mm caliber and eight pieces of 7.66mm caliber ammunition for an automatic rifle.
The illegally possessed weapons and ammunition were seized.
Z.M was brought to the competent investigating judge, after which he was taken to the remanding prison of the Institute for the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions (ZIKS).
