The state will miss €9.8m for the reconstruction of main and regional roads in the current year, according to the information on the capital budget execution adopted at the last cabinet meeting.
According to Pobjeda, €29.5m was allocated in the capital budget for the Transport Directorate and almost €28m has been spent so far.
The missing almost €10m will be provided by re-allocating up to 10% of the funds from other programmes.
The government has instructed the Ministry of Finance to redirect €1m to from the Ministry of Tourism to the Transport Directorate.
