Upon the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT), the High Court in Podgorica issued a decision on seizing MPs Andrija Mandic and Milan Knezevic’s passports.
An appeal is allowed against this decision.
“For the purpose of accurate and complete information to the public, the court points out that court’s measure against the accused that was earlier issued included temporary seizure of a travel document – a diplomatic passport,” said court’s PR Aida Muzurovic.
The Police Directorate informed the Podgorica High Court that Mandic, against whom the criminal proceedings are being conducted before this court, violated the supervision measure of the seizure of a travel document when he illegally crossed the state border.
