Eighty to hundred hotels won’t obtain temporary work permits if they fail to submit request for legalization by the deadline established, July, 15. There’s still enough time, but great number of owners and hotel facilities are just waiting to see how much this procedure would cost.
It is necessary that informative campaign should be increased, so that businessmen from the sector of tourism and hospitality can get enough information about the need for the legalization of illegally built facilities.
First and foremost, the base of licensed legal entities, architects, constructors and their contacts should be made; this way businessmen would be able to choose more easily.
In addition, design of local plan documents should be accelerated with the aim to finish the legalization process faster.
