According to unofficial information, there are several ongoing investigations for multimillion malversations which are in their final phase, but which will be, by reports, unified in two processes against Mr. Kuljaca and Mr. Pavicevic. Supposedly, in criminal charges that will be filed soon, there will also be names from some associates of former mayors of municipalities Budva and Bar.
DN received unofficial report from Special prosecution that prosecutors who are in charge of these cases will not go on vacation in August but they will finish ongoing investigations and process corruption affairs related to Mr. Kuljaca and Mr. Pavicevic by the end of the month.
DN reported a couple of days ago that there’s a lot of panic among former heads of Municipality of Budva, after an information leaked that Prosecution received negative reports by the experts regarding the construction of plateau on Jaz. Plateau was built in the beginning of 2007, before the concert of world famous diva Madonna, when the job was assigned to a private company from Budva “Gugi komerc” whose investor is Branislav Savic, supposedly outside of legal procedures and tenders for that job. It is speculated that this job caused a loss of 7 million Euros. However, a precise estimation was given by economic and construction experts, whose reports are currently being analyzed by Special prosecution.
