Prerequisite for using of new electronic services of Central bank of Montenegro is posession of appropriate digital certificates and registration to web portal eCBCG, and in that way access to the portal is done with unambiguous authentication and identification of the user.
During last year, in the same way the Central bank realized a project of electronic auction of all official records via the Auction platform of Central bank.
“Advantages of using these services of the Central bank are many. All current and potential clients of the Central bank, no matter where they are, can now access the necessary information in an efficient, secure and rational way”, it was said in the announcement.
By using the web portal eCBCG, creditor will have the availability of the records about the order of their demands in the register of priorities, and debtors will have records about unsettled obligations towards creditors, about the duration of the account blockade as well as the overview of executed, partially executed and non-executed warrants.
“Public executors will also have availability of records about transaction account numbers of individual persons who are debtors”, it was added in the announcement.
Access to the data from the system will not be charged until the end of the next year, while access to the Central register will be charged in accordance with the official tariffs under which the fees for services of the Central bank are being calculated.
