On the occasion of celebrating 22 November, the Day of the Liberation of the Town, the municipality of Budva will organize two separate dinners in two luxurious hotels in Budva and Petrovac, one for the leaders of Democratic Front (DF) and the second one for the leaders of Democrats, who are at loggerheads.
The first dinner will be organized in the Palas hotel in Petrovac, on 22 November. The next day, 23 November, the dinner will be held in Avala hotel in Budva.
Dinners will be organized for party leaders, councilors in the assembly and other officials.
“This is the first time that the Municipality organized two separate dinners, so that Mr Aleksa Bečić and leaders of DF don’t meet”, said the source of Pobjeda.
Delegation of the municipality, headed by Mr Marko Carević, will visit pediatric department of the Healthcare Center in Budva and thus gave the green light to the commencement of works on the reconstruction of the facility. Mr Crević will also mark the commencement of works on the construction of a roundabout in Petrovac.
Ceremonial meeting in Palas hotel will gather presidents of the municipalities and the Municipal Assembly. Films about the People’s Liberation Battle and Budva will be presented during the meeting, summing up the results the municipality achieved in the previous year.
The celebration program was established following the day of the liberation of Budva in 1944.
