Proposal Decision on the SpatiaL Planning of Podgorica for 2020 envisages a €46,8 million investment in the spatial planning.
Around €16 million will be in form of donations on the grounds of the agreement on the transmission of credit and warrant funds.
Budget of the Capital City will provide €12 million.
Around €5,4 million goes on the other budget funds, €3,3 million on public and private partnership projects. Companies will earmark €845.000 from their own funds and €63.070 will be provided from donations.
Most funds (€22,2 million) will be used for the construction of hydro-technical infrastructure.
Around €11 million will be used for the construction and reconstruction of roads and bridges and €3,3 million for development and equipment of locations.
Almost €3,2 million will be earmarked for the settlement of property relations.
Around €2,2 million will go on landfills, €1,5 million for the construction of markets, €1,2 million for the cemetery planning, almost €1 million for public lighting, €633.000 for the development of project documentation and around €500.000 for the construction of markets.
The Proposal stipulates that costs for the expropriation will amount to €3,17 million.
