Serbian businessman Miodrag Kostić bought 15.2% of shares of the hotel group Budvanska Rivijera on the Montenegro Stock Exchange yesterday, which were owned by the companies Stratex Development and Stratex Hospitality, managed by the American businessman Neil Emilfarb. According to Dan, Mr Kostić bought the shares through AIK Bank.
Mr Kostić paid €7.965m for 15.2% of the shares. He bought a total of 1.24 million shares.
After the transaction, Mr Emilfarb told Dan that after 6 long years and faith in the project and vision of Budvanska Rivijera Stratex hotel group, he decided it was time to withdraw from the project.
