Dragoje Baosic was sentenced to ten years and ten months in jail for the murder of Jovan Kosac. Dragan Bigovic was sentenced to ten months of jail for assisting Baosic in hiding. The verdict was adopted by the chamber of the judge Vesna Mostrokol.
According to the charges, Dragoje Baosic murdered with premeditation Jovan Kosac on September 14th 2014 around 01:30 am in discoteque Kaza.
However, the court did not accept the charges, and judge Mostrokol said that it was proved Baosic committed the murder in overstepping the limits of necessary defense.
