The decision of the Real Estate Administration in Herceg Novi, referring to 33 former employees of HTP Vektra Boka A.D. company, who were allocated land for building houses across the second phase of the Institute „Simo Milošević“ in Igalo, overruled their proprietary. Same thing happened to the owners of apartments in buildings which were constructed on that site, or which are currently being constructed.
The decision, which stipulates that land should be returned to HTP Vektra Boka A.D. company, affects 100 real estate owners. The owners are now complaining as they have already sold the land, paid for the registration title, construction licences and relevant reimbursements to the regional water supply.
After talks with the managerial structures of Vektra Boka, Sandra Požgaj said she believes there are chances for finding solution as the company itself is willing to give assistance to owners.
