The Business Caravan’s central event, organised by the Ministry of Economy, will be held on Wednesday in Podgorica. It will be opened by the economy minister Dragica Sekulic and the mayor of Podgorica Slavoljub Stijepovic.
The ministry expects that about 300 entrepreneurs, representatives of business associations and chambers, as well as of all Montenegrin municipalities will attend the main event within the caravan.
“The Business Caravan, the project organised by the Ministry of Economy with UNDP’s support, has visited half of Montenegrin cities so far. The event in Podgorica will be a true chance to sum up impressions, analyse previous visits and present future activities,” the head of the Directorate for Transformation and Investments Radosav Babic told Dnevne Novine.
He called to mind that the Ministry of Economy was implementing nine economic support projects, which are mainly based on both financial and technical support to investors, entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises.
At the gathering, reliefs that could be provided to entrepreneurs from both state and local levels will be presented, Babic said.
