A contingent of 30,000 doses of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine has arrived in Montenegro, which was welcomed in the premises of the Montefarm health institution by Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović and the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Montenegro Liu Jin.
“It’s necessary for all of us to be aware of the importance of respecting epidemiological measures in order to successfully overcome the problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic”, PM Zdravko Krivokapić has tweeted.
Expressing great gratitude to the people of China and satisfaction that the Chinese vaccines have arrived in Montenegro today, Minister Borovinić Bojović has expressed the expectation and hope that such meetings will take place in the future and invited all citizens to respond to vaccination.
So far, 1,500 citizens have been vaccinated in Montenegro.
