Mato Radovanović from Podgorica is going to build a 5-star hotel of the total gross surface of 2,605 m² in Kolašin as Dušan Vuksanović, the acting chief state architect, approved the conceptual design for this building.
The Podgorica-based A-Team Studio, owned by Željko Ratić and Marko Katnić, being the executive director of the same company, designed the project for the hotel. The building will be placed on the urban plot 27 and 28 of the cadastral municipality Kolašin within the Detailed Urban Plan for the center of the city.
This prestigious hotel will have a basement, ground floor, 4 floors and an attic. “There will be 7 parking lots in the hotel’s garage thus meeting the requirement of having parking space for 20% of the accommodation units,” suggests the conceptual design.
