Outgoing PM Dritan Abazovic says that the termination of the Parliament mandate belongs to the MPs, and that, according to him, they have decided to terminate its mandate after the inauguration of the new president of the state, Jakov Milatovic. Commenting on the decision of the inspection stating that Milo Djukanovic should demolish “his illegally built buildings in the Kocani village in Niksic, because they are in conflict with the valid Spatial-Urban Plan of the Municipality of Niksic” and whether this was initiated now because of the upcoming elections, Abazovic says that he does not care about whose such buildings are.
He has stated that they undertook a major action to remove illegal buildings throughout Montenegro, announcing that there will be more such interventions.
“I am not interested in people by name and surname. Whether the owner of the building is Milo Djukanovic, Dritan Abazovic or I don’t know who – I am absolutely not interested in that. The inspection must comply with the law. I tried to solve everything I found as soon as possible. I am not interested in the first and last name”, Abazovic has told reporters in Berane after signing the Memorandum of Cooperation regarding the valorization of the Aeropark in that city.
The question is not for the Government or the line ministry, the question, he says, is for Djukanovic, as he was “building illegally”.
“He has 20 days to remove it himself,” Abazovic has stressed.
