Yesterday, around 90 advertisements were published for the employment of various personnel in kindergartens and schools in Montenegro. Recently, more than 90 of them were also registered, which is why some experts who monitor compliance with regulations in the education system warned that these figures should be suspected of abuse, because they were published before the elections.
“Head-teachers and the Ministry of Education largely exercise arbitrariness,” Olivera Lekovic, vice-president of the Educational Union of Montenegro, told Pobjeda yesterday.
Lekovic said that they also abused the discretionary right during employment, which the injured candidates could very often prove in court.
