Public executor Aleksandar Bošković, acting on the proposal for execution of the Airports of Montenegro (ACG) against the state, made a decision on 10 May on the collection of €9,415,180 with the costs of the executive procedure. This procedure was initiated by the lawyer Velibor Marković as the ACG’s proxy on 4 March 2021, whose proposal was rejected twice by the public executor, and the Commercial Court revoked the decision on both occasions, Dan writes.
This was followed by a third decision on the basis of which the public executor should seize this amount from the budget of Montenegro and transfer it to the ACG’s account, since it is a decision based on executive documents against which the law does not delay execution.
