The Parliamentary Administrative Committee (AC) adopted the proposed decision for dismissal of the President of the State Election Commission (DIK), Mr Aleksa Ivanović.
The President of the AC, Mr Milun Zogović, has explained that the DIK refused to submit a report to the Assembly on filling the vacant parliamentary seat, which is required by the Law on the Election of Councilors and Parliament Members.
