Nova bank definitely has the new owner – Adriatic Capital LLC, headquartered in Florida. Transaction worth €7,1 million for 299.5U.761 AZMO-B shares was recorded yesterday on Montenegro Stock Exchange.
Report of the stock exchange skips the details. It was revealed in the second half of 2019 that Azmont Investments, the only owner of this bank, concluded purchase contract with Adriatic Capital LLC. Price per share amounts to €0,0237 or a total of €7,1 million.
Meanwhile, activities aimed at obtaining consent and licenses from the competent authorities necessary for the implementation of the contract have been undertaken.
Last year in July it was announced that Adriatic Capital LLC operated in accordance with the U.S. laws.
