Management of the Airports of Montenegro will soon send the proposal for a new collective agreement to representative trade unions thus aiming to decrease costs of their business operations, which has been facing grave problems since March last year. According to Dan daily, this company has recorded a massive decline in revenues due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Rumours about the new collective agreement have been circulating for some time, suggesting that incomes of staff might be cut as well as the number of employees, but its general goal would be to reduce costs that burden business operations of the airports, several sources close to this company confirmed for Dan.
There are two representative trade unions in the Airports of Montenegro, comprising nearly 600 members, and they’re waiting for the written proposal of the management to sit and talk about the afore-mentioned matter.
