The Podgorica High Court has received a motion by the defence to release three indictees in the terrorism attempt case, Dragan Maksic, Srboljub Djordjevic and Milan Dusic.
According to unofficial information obtained by RTCG, the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro (SPC) provided guarantees for them. The three persons accused of participating in a coup plot on election day, 16 October 2016, will be accommodated at the Ostrog Monastery.
Earlier, the High Court ruled that Branka Milic, who is also accused in the case of terrorism attempt, should be released pending further legal actions with the SPC’s guarantee.
