The Security and Defense Committee adopted earlier today the work report of the National Security Agency (ANB) for 2024, the Chairman of that body, Miodrag Lakovic, has told.
”We noted that certain significant results have been achieved, that their activities are significant when it comes to actions of intelligence agencies, and anonimously adopted the work report of the ANB,” Mr Lakovic has told reporters in the parliament.
The media was not allowed to attend the session, while the opposition MPs refused to take part in the work od the Committee.
“They find that this topic is not so inspiring whereas they keep criticizing the actions of the ANB,” Mr Lakovic has added.
According to him, attendees of today’s session didn’t discuss the appointment of the acting head of the ANB, Ivica Janovic.
