One of the leaders of Democratic Front, Nebojša Medojević was punished with another two months of prison because he refused to testify in the case formed regarding his earlier statements that the Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoje Katnić, took part in the war crime at the territory of Cavtat in 1991 and 1992.
After he was punished by a fine, Nebojša Medojević was punished with a prison sentence because he once again refused to testify in this case. He’ll be imprisoned until he decides to testify or until his testimony becomes useless or until the procedure finishes. Medojević will serve this sentence after the first one is served.
Reminder: Medojević didn’t want to say who was the member of National Security Agency who had told him that Chief Special Prosecutor had taken 100.000 EUR from former Mayor of Podgorica, Miomir Mugoša. In exchange, Mugoša escaped prison in the case “Carine”.
