The average price per square meter of a new apartment in Montenegro in the Q4 of 2021 amounted to €1,161 and was lower by 2.8% compared to the Q30 of 2021 and 15.3% higher than in the Q4 of 2020, the MONSTAT Statistical Office has stated.
“The average price per square meter of a new apartment in Podgorica in the Q4 of 2021 was €1,232, in the coastal region it was €1,370, in the central region €610, while in the northern region the average price per square meter in a new building was €1,399”, MONSTAT says.
