Prices of apartments and their sale have increased significantly in Podgorica in the last couple of months. One meter square of the apartment under construction became more expensive – from 100 to 300 EUR, said the Director of the agency from Podgorica, “Iva” Real estate, Mira Radović.
“I believe that increase in prices of apartments has to do with “Thousand Plus” Project, since the increase started at the end of March and beginning of April”, says Radović.
The Government invited interested investors to offer constructed buildings or building under construction, which will be offered to the citizens for sale. All within the project “Thousand Plus”.
“Prices of apartments increased in all parts of Podgorica, from minimum 100 to even 300 EUR per square meter”,said Radović.
On the other hand, citizens are more and more interested in purchasing apartments and apartments of old type are no exception. Their agency, as Radović says, has no business interest in the “Thousand Plus” Project.
As far as the lease of apartments is concerned, the agencies have a lot of work right in this period of the year. Prices of lease are stable and remain at the same level .
