The average May electricity bill for households in Montenegro was €28.05, reports the Electric Power Company of Montenegro (EPCG).
“Total household consumption was 85,798,369 KWh – a 6.5% drop compared with April, and 2.8% lower than in May of last year,” the company said.
Zabljak averaged the lowest consumption of €19.38, and Ulcinj registered the highest average of €32.62. The percentage of consumers with electricity bills over €150 was 0.47%, and with bills ranging between €100 and €150 was 0.96%.
As many as 169,265 households, or 50.3% of consumers, will receive the discount for regularly paying
