The average price per square meter of a newly-built apartment in Montenegro in the third quarter of this year was €1,854. In Podgorica, it was €1,824, in the coastal region €1,995, in the central region €960, while in the northern region it was €1,316, according to the MONSTAT Statistical Office.
The average price per square meter of an apartment in new building in the category of commercial companies in the third quarter of 2024 was €1,854, while in the category of solidary housing construction, no sales of apartments in new buildings were registered.
