The only maritime route between Montenegro and Europe, Bar-Bari-Bar, has been suspended again after the contract between the Montenegrin state company Barska Plovidba and Croatia’s Jadrolinija expired, jedro.me writes.
For the past year, this is the second time that the Bar-Bari-Bar ferry route has been suspended.
Chairman of the Barska Plovidba board of directors Ljubo Kocovic said members of the board, representatives of state capital, are intensively working on market monitoring and finding a way for Barska Plovidba to buy a passenger ship and renew the only maritime route with Italy or Europe.
