Bar Police arrested A.Z.P. from Albania due to suspicions that he attempted to kill three people in Skadar earlier today. He was arrested after the police learned he was in Ostros area. After he committed a crime in Skadar, A.Z.P. illegally fled to Montenegro.
His identity is currently being checked through Interpol Podgorica, after which Albanian police will take over the case.
