A new apartment complex is under way in Becici, this time by a joint venture from Podgorica and Budva. The two companies have already received the consent of the chief state architect Dusan Vuksanovic on the conceptual design of the object, done by Arhiline from Niksic. Investors filed a request for approval on February 22 this year.

The urban plot is located on the slopes north of the settlement of Bečići, in a zone only partially constructed and populated, with poor to none infrastructure. The area of the urban plot is 5,302 square meters, cadastral plot is 85/2, of which the building is 4,483 square meters. On the east side of the parcel, the municipality plans construction of a two-lane roadway, pavements and parking space.

The building will consist of basement, ground floor and six floors. The gross surface of the building is 9.116 square meters and the net is 7.556 square meters. It is divided into three lamellas with separate stairs and elevators for easier operation, as well as for structural stability, because the length of the building demanded dilatation.

The complex will consist of 128 apartments: 32 studio apartments, 53 one-bedroom, 43 two-room apartments and two business premises.

The founder of the Podgorica-based company, Premier gradnja, is Miljan Nedović, and executive director Milisav Nedović, while the founder of the Budva company, Status stroj, is Oleksandr Jurčenko, and executive director Alina Zhupi.
