The Prosecutor’s Office is to close the Bogavac case, since there are no grounds for initiating any proceedings in the case of death of the two-year- old girl, Jelena Bogavac. The girl was found dead on 10 January, in a house where she lived with her mother and two sisters, Pobjeda writes.
“Medical expert witness report is clear – the death was most probably caused by the sudden infant death syndrome. It means that there is no ground for raising question of responsibility,” Pobjeda’s source said.
