The Minister of Capital Investments, Mladen Bojanic, has said that a preliminary project is being prepared for the second section of the Bar-Boljare highway, Matesevo-Andrijevica, and should be completed by May.
“As for the second part of the highway, stretching from Andrijevica to Boljare, the preparation of conceptual solution is under way. Monteput will do that job. We’re optimistic and expect to start the realization of the second section by the end of the year. We’re counting on money from European funds and 40 percent of grant for it. Costs of one section will range from 400 to 450 million euros. The 70 km Matesevo-Boljari section is estimated to cost around 850 million euros,” the minister told a news conference in Podgorica earlier today.
