An explosive device was activated last night at about 1:30am near the Garden restaurant in Mihailo Lalic street in Podgorica, police confirmed.
There were no injured people in the explosion, but minor material damage was caused to the glass garden in front of the restaurant.
Preliminary results indicate that an unknown person has probably thrown a strong pyrotechnic device on the garden of the restaurant most likely from a moving vehicle.
The police say they are working on solving the case.
