Owner of company Krizma trade Biljana Boskovic will not sign a plea bargain in the affair Primorka, because she is not guilty, said her attorney Rados Kastratovic.
Boskovic and 14 more persons, among them some government officials, are suspects in the financial fraud case Primorka, that damaged the state for more than 4.000.000 euros. Prosecution believes that the state also suffered indirect damages in the amount of 15.000.000 euros.
Biljana Boskovic denied any involvement with frauds of this case. He signed some documents, but she had not created them and she was not aware of any criminal plans.
Unlike her, her former husband and alleged leader of the group Nebojsa Boskovic, suggested a plea bargain only a day after his arrest.
Svetozar Markovic also suggested a plea bargain.
