The outgoing Minister of Defense, Olivera Injac, was in the West yesterday. She says she comes from small Montenegro, she does not know what is happening on the Russian-Ukrainian border, except the things that she reads in the media, because “only those from the West know about the events”.
The Minister, according to the logic of things, considering that “those from the West” know about the crisis, did not specify whether she comes from the East or not.
The fact that she is the Minister of Defense in a NATO member country did not “help her find out anything” about the crisis that the planet is buzzing about. The world is potentially on the verge of war, but the minister is optimistic – everything will be OK, she hopes.
In short. This is the epilogue of yesterday’s statement of Minister Injac in Brussels.
Former Montenegrin Minister of Defense and current member of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Predrag Boskovic, has told CdM that yesterday’s statement was an unprecedented embarrassment in relation to Montenegro’s hard-won international reputation.
